Validating information obligation

Validating information obligation

The current status must be validated to see whether it can be accepted in accordance with GDPR.

To view the existing validations, click “View validation log” and then “View more”. As a Validator, you can view the details of the registered documents for the information obligation by clicking on the name of the registered documentation.

To add a new validation, take the following steps:

  1. Click “+ Add validation”.
  2. Choose “Reject” if parts of the required information are missing or if there are uncertainties that require further investigation.
  3. Choose “Accept” if there are currently no actions needed to follow up on the information obligation.
  4. Describe any relevant comments, such as possible problems or uncertainties regarding the legal basis.
  5. Fill out the detailed questionnaire to indicate any reasons for rejection of the basis.
