As an Admin you can add more options to the list of retention rules, here.
Retention rules are the rules of how long you preserve data for a specific period depending on what data it is.
Update existing retention rules
Click on the edit button on the right side of a retention rule. Update the following data:
- Name: Choose the name that fits the rule.
- Description: Write the description that can be the reason for the rule.
- Time limit: Type the time limit of how long the data can be preserved.
Now, the new retention rule is available to add on activities
