Here you can see the full list of the partitions and are able to edit the members, edit the details of each partition, and lastly delete partitions.

An example of a partition can be seen in your organization’s locations. If your organization is divided into locations a structure can be:

  • Copenhagen office
  • Amsterdam office
  • London office

Another example of an organization that is divided into subsidiaries can be the following:

  • Copenhagen Holding ApS
  • Malmo Inc.
  • Amsterdam Inc.
  • London Inc.

Choose the partition structure that fits your organizational structure.

Edit the members of the partition

To edit the members of a partition click on the icon with the audience. You will now be able to add members.

Select the user to add. Grant the selected user a role (partition admin, validator, or member). The user’s role depends on the tasks they will receive.

  • Partition admin: has all rights in the partition.
  • Validator: A validator only has the role of validating input by accepting or rejecting.
  • Members: A member is the one receiving a task from the administrator of the partitions. This could be as a receiver of update tasks in the system.

Edit master data of the partition
