Update or add documents on policies and/or procedures

Add a new document to the policy and/or procedure by clicking on the right button ” + New document”. Fill in the master data on the following:

Name: Write the name of the document that you want to add.

Category: Choose the category of the document from the drop-down menu. You can add a new category by simply writing the category name in the field.

Attachments and links: Attach the document or the link to the document by clicking on the two options “+ Add another link” and/or “+ Add another attachment”.

Link: Insert the relevant link to the document and give the link a name.

Status: Add the status of the document. This could be “Ready to publish” or ” Edit mode”.

Notify the responsible and the accountable upon save. Activate this functionality by clicking on the box.

Click “Add”.
