Update information obligation list

Where can I manage data categories?

Under Settings > Information obligation you can view and update the list of all the information obligations that your organization provides. E.g., this could be privacy policies, where data subjects are explained about the processing of their data according to GDPR art. 13 and 14.

Create new information obligation/privacy policies

To create new infomation obligation/privacy policies click on ‘+ Create new information obligation’.

  1. Write the name.
  2. Write the description.
  3. Click save.
  4. Adding a new information obligation is completed.

Now the option is available and can be added to Processes.

Edit master data on information obligations

To update an existing information obligation click on the edit icon on the row of the information obligation you want to edit.

  1. Update name.
  2. Update description.
  3. Click save.
  4. Update of information obligation completed.

Delete information obligation

To delete existing information obligation do the following:

  1. Click on the trach icon.
  2. Click confirm.
  3. Deletion completed.
