Update the department list

To update or edit the department list, start by going to your settings in the upper right corner and your departments. This is your organization’s total department list, that for instance according to your annual wheel might need updates. Follow the below steps for different actions.

Edit existing departments

To edit master data on existing departments, go to the edit icon on the right side of the list.

Name: The name of the department in the organization

Description: You can add a description to be more specify further details around the legal basis.

Department level: Choose the level of the department compared to the rest of your organizational overview. You can find inspiration in your organization’s business overview.

Members: Select the members in the specific department.

Delete existing departments

If you want to delete a department, click on the trash can icon on the right side of the row.

Then click on Confirm.
