An organisational security measure can be any action that is performed by the organisation to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and/or availability of data processed under the activity. It is typically a manual action.
To add an organisational security measure, follow the below steps:
- Click the ‘Add new’ button and select one of the available measures.
- If necessary, add the required value input, e.g. a date. If you do not add a value where it is required, the measure will be displayed with a red background.
Note: Security measures surrounding IT systems are mapped on the systems themselves as technical security measures.
