As an Admin you can update the list of Legal Basis options here, which will then be available on processes hereafter.
According to GDPR, you must document a specific legal basis from the legislation that allows the organization to collect and process personal information. In this field, you can edit and create all the legal bases of your organization’s processes.
Create a new legal basis
Click on ‘Create legal basis’ to create a new one.
Fill in master data on the new legal basis:
Name: The name of the legal basis
Short name: A short name for the legal basis can be the name your organization is using when referring to the legal basis.
Description: You can add a description to be more specify further details around the legal basis.
Category: This can be used when working with different legislation or laws. This could be the EU law ie. GDPR or it could be a national anti-money-laundering law. You have the possibility to categorize different legislations or laws.
Click Save to add the new legal basis to your list.
Edit existing legal basis
To edit master data on existing legal bases, go to the edit icon on the right side of the list.
Delete existing legal bases
If you want to delete a legal basis, click on the trash can icon on the right side of the row.
Then click on Save.
