How long will it take to implement the system?

Setting up the system for a new customer does not take long. However, you should calculate some hours of work to import any existing data, and we strongly recommend that you set aside time and resources for organisational change management (e.g. training). We can assist with directing you to one of our partners with speciality in this field.

We've already done a lot of work in Excel/other systems, was that a waste of time?

It’s possible to load existing data into the system using the API layer. We will be happy to assist you in this process.

How many administrators and users can we create?

There is no limit to how many users (of any role) that you can invite into your workspace.

How much does a GDPR software solution from Complyon cost?

Our pricing depends on your needs, your data complexity, and the modules you would like to use. Get in touch with us to find out your price.

Is it possible to integrate the system with other existing systems?

All functions in the system can be called using our APIs. It is therefore possible to create custom integrations with any existing system. However, at the moment we do not offer any standard connectors.
